We hope you are happy with your Wee Star products. Our products are all handmade and for this reason there may be a slight variation from candle to candle. If you purchased an order in the last 14 days and wish to return your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you. You will then have another 14 days to return your item to us. We will not accept return for the reason that you do not like the scent/fragrance. We will refund the purchase price but not any costs incurred with the return delivery. Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit then we cannot be held responsible. We will not accept returns if the reason is you do not like the scent of your product. Please feel free to email us with any queries or issues we are always happy to assist.
You should check the item upon delivery. If an item is faulty or damaged or sent to you incorrectly, then you must notify us within 7 days by email at email@example.com. If you do not notify us within 7 days, then you will have been deemed to have accepted the item. We will also require supporting photographs to be sent to us. After a review of your request, we will either replace your order or process a refund.
Our turnaround time to dispatch is 3 – 5 days, if there is a reason, we are going to be delayed in shipping your order in this timescale, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. We do work extremely hard to keep up to date with orders. We use Royal Mail for posting your orders. Postage is a flat fee of £3.50.
If you live or work in Oban, we and wish to collect your order from the collection box on our doorstep in Oban, no social contact required. There is an option at checkout for local collection just choose that and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection and give you directions to our property and details on how to collect. Our collection box has hand sanitiser beside it and our box is cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals throughout the day.
